Welcome to Soyful Sanctuary! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. About Our Products

All of our scent gems are handmade in small batches using premium soy wax and fragrance oils. Due to the handcrafted nature, slight variations to color and size may occur.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website at www.soyfulsanctuarywax.com. Payment is accepted via major credit cards and other secure payment platforms provided at checkout.

All prices are listed in USD.

3. Shipping

Everything listed in the shop will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days. If they will not be ready we will make sure to inform you via email, so make sure to leave your email address with us. If something is sold out it will likely return unless it’s part of a limited collection. Keep up with our socials for updates.

Shipping only in the US for now.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our scent gems, all sales are final. However, we understand choosing from scent profiles can be difficult. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at Soyfulsanctuarywax@gmail.com, we will do our best to get your order right. If your item arrives damaged or any other issue with your order, please email within 3 days of delivery at and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Custom Orders

At this time we are not offering custom scent orders but we encourage you to create your own based on your order choices. We are excited to welcome the idea for the future. Make sure to continue tuning in to get the latest product launches.

6. Use of Products

Though these scent gems look beautiful please do not eat. They are not made for consumption. Please do not melt our scent gems any longer than three hours at a time, this will help preserve the scent. Always follow manufacturer recommendations according to your purchased wax melter. Our scent gems are intended for use with approved wax warmers only. Do not add water, do not leave unattended, and always keep away from children and pets.

7. Privacy

Any personal information you share with us (like your name, address, or email) will only be used to fulfill your order or get in touch if needed. We’ll never sell or share your info your trust means too much.
